A durban based client with property interests in Cape Town faced a challenge with how too manage access control for their luxury apartment listed on AirBnB in Cape Town. The traditional solution would have been to employ an Airbnb host to manage the property and the guest check-ins. But this came at a cost.
We presented an alternative whereby the owner could via a smart access control system remotely manage the check-ins themselves. The system was architected and installed and has been functioning flawlessly for the past year; much to the owner’s satisfaction.
